Supporting the Food Bank (voedselbank)

What is the voedselbank?

Almost one million people in the Netherlands do not have sufficient money to provide their
primary needs, such as food. The food bank or voedselbank in Dutch is an organization that provides food for the
poor. They collect excess food from companies or citizens and redistribute it to the ones that
need it most.

How can you help?
There are many ways to help! By volunteering at redistribution places, giving food but also
simply by donating money. As a church, we would like to have a food collection once a month
(every 2nd Sunday of the month). This way we support the amazing work that the
voedselbank does in Delft.

You can check out the website of the Voedselbank in Delft.
