Impact Internship
For those looking to take a year out to serve the church full-time and gain theological training, Redeemer runs Newground Impact.
Impact is for people who want to become dangerous Christians – people who want to see something they’ve never seen before, by doing something they’ve never done; people who want God to shine through everything they do; people who want to grow. The course is an excellent opportunity to explore your gifting and develop your character in the context of a local church. Trainees are based at Redeemer and spend the majority of their time serving one or two ministries in the church. They also meet regularly with other Impact trainees for residential training to receive teaching from experienced and gifted teachers and leaders.

Academy Internship
This internship is for those who feel a strong call to leadership in the church, or in other contexts. Academy interns will be deployed in leadership in Redeemer and will be involved in a number of leadership and training contexts both in and out of Redeemer.
Central to this internship is taking part in the New Ground Academy.
